My mom made these this morning.
... and I've been eating these all day. I love food.
What You Need:
Filo (or Phyllo) Cups
Heavy Whipping Cream
Fruit Jam (or Jelly)
Turbinado Sugar (Brown Sugar will probably work the same)
Small Fruit (Raspberries, Blackberries, cut Strawberries, Blueberries, etc.)
What You Do:
Choose a jam that correlates to the fruit type, and put a small spoonful into the bottom of the Filo cup.
Whip the Heavy Whipping Cream, and put a large spoonful into the Filo cup, covering the jam.
Stick the fruit (or fruits!) into the whipped cream.
Sprinkle liberally with Turbinado Sugar.
Eat. Enjoy.
